I've said it a thousand times now, Lucy is precious! She seems quite expressive! I won't see you tomorrow at the NICU...I'm off the next 6 days...maybe next week?!? (I don't know your schedule!)
Hope all is well...You look fantastic, by the way!
So fun to watch her grow up. She gets cuter and cuter every time you post. I love seeing Randy with her, to remember his silly ways in high school and now have a little girl is so cool!
Love these pictures Chirsty! Lucy is so adorable. Be sure to let me know next time you are in the Seattle area. I only have 6 more shifts left and then I am off for 4 months so we will have plenty of time on our hands... or maybe not with 2 boys!
Hello! I'm Christy Webster (Amondson). I grew up in Centralia, WA then attended Pacific Lutheran University where I met my husband, Randy Webster. We've been married 4 years, the day after our 4th anniversary we welcomed into the world our daughter, Lucia Grace Webster. (Born 8.29.08, 7lbs 3.8oz, 20 1/4 inches, lots of hair!) Little Lucy instantly became our everything. She's extra special, we found out when she was 6 days old that she has Cystic Fibrosis (CF).CF mainly affects two parts of your body, the lungs and the digestive system. It involves a buildup of thick sticky mucus in both areas. She's at a high risk of respiratory infection, so we make sure visitors aren’t sick & do not take Lucy into public places for a while. In the digestive system, it causes malabsorption where the body doesn't absorb the nutrients in food & the kids are often small and underweight. We are giving her pancreatic enzymes to help her body absorb the nutrients in the milk she drinks - so far, it's working well. She is gaining weight nicely & getting cuter by the minute. If you'd like more info on CF, the best resource is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - www.cff.org
