Well, we gave the Fuzzi Bunz cloth diapers one final try & found out they're not for us... Unfortunately for Lucy, they give her a nasty rash... But she sure does look cute!

In Seattle for Uncle Mark's race!

Lucy enjoyed her first trip to Seattle! We went up with Mark last Sunday & walked while he competed (AND WON!) a 10K race. It was an absolutely gorgeous day & such a priceless moment to watch Mark place his winning medal around Lucy! We're so proud of Uncle Mark! He's my little brother (25 yrs old) & he's heavily training for the Sacramento Marathon - hoping to use that race to qualify for the Boston Marathon. He's an incredible runner & an even better friend, I love you so much Mark!

A visit from the Graham's!

Last weekend one of my good friends from PLU came to meet Lucy with her two adorable little boys! Kristal, Carter & Colby Graham. They live in Yakima & were over here for the weekend while Shawn (Kristal's husband) was playing in a raquetball tournament. Kristal said it best, we have one of those treasured friendships where you can go months (or in our case years) without seeing eachother & then pick up right where we left off with ease. Kristal's an incredible mom to her boys, I was trying to watch & learn as we spent the morning together. Thank you so much, we love you guys!

Ali & Ryah's Visit

Our fun filled week included a visit from Ali & Ryah! Major thanks to Ali - she came up & gave me a pediure! Heavenly! Because we're keeping Lucy away from public places where she could catch a cold, my pedicure routine has fallen by the wayside... but, Ali's my rescuer! It was such a fun afternoon/evening - Ryah watched a bit of a movie & played the Wii while Ali did my toes & we caught up. When we heard Randy was coming home for dinner, Ryah & Ali helped me make dinner (sooooo helpful & tons of fun!) & then they were also able to see Randy! Love you guys, thanks for being such wonderful friends! Ryah - you're the best!!

NICU Baby Playdate!

Oh what fun! Here are 4 of the beautiful babies from the 13 (or so) of us who were pregnant in the NICU at the same time! Sarah is the oldest at 10 months (Asha is her mom), AJ is next at 6 months (Rebecca is his mom), Jacob is next at 3 1/2 months (Janelle is his mom) & Lil' Lucy is the youngest at 3 months, 1 week. This was a great time of sharing funny things our babies are doing - and funny things we're doing to our babies! Thanks so much girls - hope we can do it again soon!

Ava, Ila, Brandon & Lucy

Another great playdate with Katy & Rachel's kiddos! Ava is the curly haired red head - full of spunk & always entertaining! Ila's her little sister - sweet mellow little sleeper child - that girls loves to sleep! What a dream of a baby! And then there's Baby B - Mr. Brandon Blake. He's absolutely adorable, a little toehead who's becoming more & more active each time I see him! It was great getting together with my good old NICU buddies, it's kind of crazy how healthy a little bit of socializing can be! =) Love you guys!

Just waiting for Randy to come home one evening... Thought we'd get dressed up in a summer dress that happens to fit her in November... Don't worry Cousin Allyson, these adorable shoes are still way too big on her & I think they'll be great this summer!
